Dr Judith’s goal has been to deliver her patients with cutting-edge, minimal discomfort, proven dental treatments. Since graduating in 2005 and working over 10 years in the dental industry, she is proud to offer you the unique, friendly and professional service that she has always wanted to give. Her inviting personality and smile makes her patients feel immediately comfortable.
Dr Victor Barnes
Dr Victor Barnes is a Melbourne resident who graduated in 1971 from Melbourne University. With over 40 years of experience, he has looked after the dental needs of generations of happy patients. Dr Victor continues to keep at the forefront of the latest techniques and dental developments to ensure each patient is receiving the most comfortable and advanced care that is available.

You’ll meet Emily at our clinic, always ready to jump in and lend a hand! When she’s not assisting our dentists, you’ll find her managing the office and ensuring your appointments are organised and ready. When Emily isn’t charming you with her megawatt smile, she enjoys chilling out on the weekends with her fiance and has a passion for fishing.
Tayla
Bubbly and bright, you’ll meet Tayla at our clinics as one of our incredible dental assistants. Tayla is a true problem solver, happy to help and teach clients more about oral health. Beyond her dental career, Tayla loves the beach, spending time with her dogs, and is quite a foodie – especially the Melbourne night noodle markets!
Jaclyn
Jaclyn is one of our dental assistants. She is fun and bubbly and you’ll see her friendly face when you enter the clinical room. Jaclyn is incredible at helping you feel comfortable and settled at your appointment, helping you choose music or something to watch on tv.
Outside of Elevate Dental, she enjoys hanging with friends and leading a healthy lifestyle, going to the gym whilst not averse to indulging in a decadent sweet treat now and then!
Oriana
Oriana is one of our front office coordinators, you will see her big smile when you come in. She lives locally with her husband in Richmond and loves the proximity to all the amenities. Oriana does a spectacular job at ensuring that every person who enters is well looked after.
Comes from Venezuela, she has a beautiful accent. Before COVID, Oriana enjoys exploring all that Victoria has to offer, including drives out to the glorious countryside.
Charlotte
Charlotte is our front office coordinator, who is mostly at our Richmond clinic. She is chatty yet professional, and you’ll feel you’re in good hands the moment you speak with her. Charlotte is amazingly super organised and efficient.
Outside of work, she loves taking long walks with her dog Zeus, going to the beach house and camping.
Dr James is an awesome dentist, I’ve had my pearly whites looked after by him for as long as I can remember and cannot fault his services. From cleaning to general filling, root canals and mouth guards, he does an excellent job. He is always mindful of your comfort and his staff are excellent too. Never had to do any rework because his work is top-notched. Thanks, James!
